LRADAC Named a Top USA Workplace for 2022

February 2, 2022

Columbia, SC – LRADAC, the designated substance misuse authority for Lexington and Richland Counties, has been named a Top USA Workplace for 2022, an honor that follows a statewide win for Top Workplace in 2021. The Top USA Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Being named one of the nation’s Top USA Workplaces for 2022 is a testament to the dedication of our incredible staff and the work we do to make the world a better place,” said Gayle Aycock, President and CEO of LRADAC. “Because so many people and communities have struggled with substance misuse during the last two years, we know that the work we do is more important than ever. I am thrilled that LRADAC employees are being recognized on a national basis for our efforts in helping individuals, families and communities find hope and healing in recovery.”

“The companies recognized as Top Workplaces have high performance, people-first cultures,” said Greg Barnett, Ph.D., Chief People Scientist at Energage. “These companies are successful because they put their people at the center of all they do. By prioritizing the employee experience, they are known to out-produce, out-innovate, and out-deliver the competition.”
