Job Duties
|
- Perform initial nursing admission assessments as may be required to include NAH-SAE, CIWA, COWS and nursing care plan.
- Ensure adequate and proper medication regimen is started on each client per protocol.
- Assist provider and implement orders.
- Screen clients (telephone assessment and walk-ins) to determine if admission criteria are met and refer to appropriate level of care.
- Pre-certify and review clients with third party payers.

Qualifications
|
- Nursing degree from an accredited college of university, and one year of related experience and/or training are required.
- State LPN licensure and CPR certificate are also required.
